Even if Scots break Britain up on September 18th 2014 there is a well thought out model that can put it back together. It's called Bizonal Bicommunal Federation or BBF for short, and it is 100% British from conception to full fledged plan. Under the wise leadership of Lord David Hannay the BBF model was envisioned for another island, the small island-nation of Cyprus in the warm seas of the eastern Mediterranean. It failed to gain popular approval. But fortunately, in the case of assembling back the UK we would not have to worry about concocting zones and legitimizing illegal massive population transfers, as the zones already exist by history on Britain, thereby hopefully giving meaning to the unique work of Lord Hannay!Tuesday, September 16, 2014
