Cyprus should offer the Paphos AP base to the USA and coalition partners for strikes against ISIS. In return, ask for their weight to scrap bizonal apartheid idiotic ideas and a re-positioning of the talks on how to protect rights of the Turkish Cypriot minority within an upgraded 1960 constitution, free of apartheid, free of obscene privileges, free of foreign meddling. And yes, they can keep a base so long as they pay for it.

Cyprus against ISIS
Cyprus should offer the Paphos AP base to the USA and coalition partners for strikes against ISIS. In return, ask for their weight to scrap bizonal apartheid idiotic ideas and a re-positioning of the talks on how to protect rights of the Turkish Cypriot minority within an upgraded 1960 constitution, free of apartheid, free of obscene privileges, free of foreign meddling.
