Bizonality is a war crime. Yet the UN is proposing to cement it into law. What are the ethical and legal responsibilities of the UN representative who masterfully tries to hide the fact that the basis of the current Cyprus talks is an illegal military invasion that for the first time ever divided Cyprus along ethnic lines into two separate zones. Espen Barth Eide, as well as all previous UN negotiators, must see the the inside of an international court room for lending their support to a proposed solution that violates international law.

Turkey's Kurds & Cyprus' tCypriots
As either unitary state or federation solutions are discussed as replacements to Cyprus' 1960 and Turkey's 1923 unworkable constitutions, should we abide by "if a right is a right too many for Turkey's Kurdish community (circa 23% of population) then that right is a right too many for Cyprus' tCypriot community too (circa 15%), and vice versa." Is the adoption of this fair logic the catalyst to securing just solutions for both UN countries.
